Blog Spam is a real problem for blog community developers.
We had over 70 new blogs registered overnight…. 67 were spam blogs, mostly porn spam and viagra offers, etc.
My passion and sense of calling was to offer a CLEAN Christian News and Blog Network that is not influenced by “MEDIA” values or philosophies, but is truly driven by God’s people online. Let the truth shine! A thousand points of light. All that jazz.
Praying for funding to do this right. If no answer then this site may not be on the right path.
Free Blogs - Christian Blogs, Growing up?

Ten years ago I started a web hosting company. Due to my sense of calling in this regard, the first web site I set up was www.e4God.com. At the time, it was a message board site. Soon it became the only Christian Blogging site where a believer could get a free blog without running the risk of unwanted ads appearing on the free blog.
Now, all these years later, with over 5000 blogs having been created, we have made a dent in the darkness. Satan is not pleased! We are attacked by blog spam and porn spam, but we STAND against the enemy, holding our ground claimed for the Lord.
But, the opportunity to have a free christian blog is not unique to our site. So we have to ask… What’s next? How do we reinvent ourselves to serve the Kingdom best?
What online service is needed by God’s people? Where do we grow from here? Please send your thoughts by posting a comment.
The best kind of Christian Blogs are Testimonies.
As believers, we are supposed to be IN the world, but not OF the world.
What does this mean? It means we should not be far away in monasteries or removed from the day to day struggles of life. We should have the same issues other people have.

As believers, we are supposed to be IN the world, but not OF the world.
What does this mean? It means we should not be far away in monasteries or removed from the day to day struggles of life. We should have the same issues other people have.
BUT… We should look different, act different, handle our challenges in a different way.
Sharing 0ur own story, our process, about who we are, what we have gone through, and how we respond to it is the most powerful thing we can do. This is our testimony. As Christ lives in us, we become the WAY, the TRUTH and the LIGHT for others. We become gates into the new city. Others come to faith first through being attracted to us. Then, they want to know what we have that others don’t. We point them to Christ and the Holy Spirit does the rest….
Yes, we need to know the word, and we need to be ready in season and out to share with others about the Lord. BUT FIRST - we need to BE REAL.
Christ was a person who was AMONG the PEOPLE. And he lived out loud. The apostles learned to tell first person stories about who they used to be, and who they became in the LORD.
ORDINARY MEN AND WOMEN, transformed by the living Christ, telling our stories, will do more for the kingdom than any streetcorner preaching or great sermons or memorized verses.
Along those lines, I recently met a blogger who has a fantastic testimony and a heart that follows hard after Jesus.
Please allow me to introduce you to Will McCullough. Will is a man’s man who is now the Lord’s man. As a Marine, he learned about fighting and winning. Now he is fighting and winning a new battle. He is being trained up by the Holy Spirit and fashioned into a new kind of warrior.
Please read his story at http://pulledthroughthenarrowdoor.blogspot.com and drop him a word of encouragement. BUT… no platitiudes… The WORD Gives LIFE and so we want to give life to Will and not empty recitations of verses that “ShouldaCouldAughta” mean something.

We are pleased to provide the service, but it is clearly being abused by “comment spammers” to such an extent that we all need to make an adjustment.
We managed to get this under control on the main blog by setting all comments to moderated, and applying filters to blacklist comments that include troubling words in the text. We recommended recently that you do the same.
Member blogs are controlled by members, and not by us. We have no control over your blog but we need your help. If you allow comments then the spammer is taking advantage of you and threatening our ability to serve the Kingdom. These comment spammers are using incredible amounts of bandwidth, while each comment creates spam email to notify the “fake” email address given by the comment poster.
If this domain or server gets blacklisted by email servers around the world, then no email can be delivered from your blog - and God’s people will not be well served.
Please use your control panel to IMMEDIATELY set all comments to MODERATED, and add a list of objectionable words to your comment filter.
We are Praying for a breakthrough of the Spirit to deliver us from this attack, and we are counting on you to help.
Instructions:
Log in to your admin control panel, select options, then select discussion from the submenu. See the options controls regarding comments. They are about halfway down the discussion page… and look like this when set correctly:
